Here are your answers compared to this voter’s answers.
Social › Abortion
9>9 Personal answerPro-life |
Domestic Policy › Gun Control
9>9 Personal answerOur Constitution guarantees us rights that federal, state, and local authorities have been trampling for years. The most violent cities and states in America have the toughest gun laws (this is clearly not working for them). The least violent cities and states have the most lenient gun laws. Let's keep it a felony for a criminal to have a gun and restore gun rights to the law-abiding so that they can defend themselves and their families again--and so that the criminals have to fear the rest of us. |
Crime › Police Body Cameras
9>9 Personal answerYes |
Social › Planned Parenthood Funding
9>9 Personal answerNo |
the Economy › Minimum Wage
9>9 Personal answerWe need to find a way to differentiate between "starting pay" for full time workers and "beginner's pay" for young people learning to work, and stop lumping them both together under the heading of "minimum wage". Then, we need to be able to designate that some jobs are going to pay less because they're being reserved as part-time jobs for young people just entering the work force--so that we don't shut them out-- while requiring employers to give a living wage to full time employees and employees who are trained but working part-time. |

Crime › Prison Overcrowding
9>9 Personal answer1. Prosecutors load on additional criminal accusations, and sometimes laws aren't clearly written or understood by the general public. Where possible, this activity needs to be limited, and people need to offered options to rehabilitate themselves. 2. Prisons have replaced our mental healthcare system as the option of last resort for treating the mentally ill--and they're doing the best they can, but it's a horrible way to treat people who are sick. We need to restore our mental healthcare system and get the mentally ill proper treatment instead of misusing our prisons in this way. 3.We also need to rehabilitate our society and simplify our legal code where possible so that it's easier for people to understand and obey it, and so that only those people wind up in prison who really belong there. |
