Elections › Voter Fraud
c>c Personal answerYes. ID is required for many things much, much less important, and protecting & maintaining the integrity of the voting process should bring us to this logical conclusion. It's odd this issue even exists. as proper ID should have always been a requirement for voting. There is no discrimination to economically disadvantaged voters what-so-ever; however, interestingly enough, those that do fall into that category are typically glad for government programs that provide assistance to them, and governmental programs like this fall within the parameters of governmental control. Those in favor of more governmental control, are anxious to ensure the recipients of those assistance programs, who are clearly more likely to want these programs continued, can vote with as little resistance and "challenges" to enable them to vote. Having no ID requirement removes one of the perceived barriers. |
Immigration › Immigrant Assimilation
c>c Personal answerYes |
Social › First Amendment
c>c Personal answerNo |
Crime › Solitary Confinement for Juveniles
c>c Personal answerSome more serious research needs to be made on this important topic. I'm inclined to believe this issue is more of a case by case decision and not a one size fits all decision. The variables are numerous and should be based on the specific individual involved and on any unlawful executive action. There should be neither a ban nor a parameters guidelines method used when determining to use this form of punishment for any prisoners. The responsibility should rest at the state level not the federal level. |
Social › Euthanasia

c>c Personal answerYes, and deregulate the energy sector to let the free market determine the best energy sources |
Healthcare › Obamacare
c>c Personal answerNo, government should not be involved in healthcare |
the Environment › Fracking
c>c Personal answerNo, more research is needed to measure the long term effects of fracking |
Foreign Policy › Terrorism
