Immigration › Muslim Immigrant Ban
4>4 Personal answerYou aren't giving enough context in the question for me to understand whether I should be concerned or not because you have no data on those coming as refugees or otherwise of potential terrorists. Individuals should be screened perhaps in an enhanced method, if they have no history we can look up. The main concern is that we have a religion that is about as old as we Christians were at the time of the crusades/killing anyone who did not agree with our religion, and so we have jihad these days. It's no surprise to me, any religious or military scholar would understand these things. So one of my first questions to a muslim entering our country would be, if our country did something against other Muslims in Syria would you feel it a strike against your faith? |

4>4 Personal answerBonds and real estate no, stocks yes but ONLY on those hedging for quick money. If you are gambling with the stock market and causing dips or overages for no other reason than you're trying to cover a bet on where a stock will go you should pay more, because your actions are messing with a real economy in stocks. |

4>4 Personal answerSo let's take this and run, Yes, as long as landowners are fairly compensated and the projects will benefit the community, so I've noticed that opens a can of worms. What we are not taking into account is what fair is. It's not fair to be like China and demand someone move or destroy their home. I would say for the hassle the government should pay a market rate, not the city's suggested understanding of what your home is worth. That's not a true market rate, it's just whatever the city thinks your house is worth enough to charge you tax on. For example I think I could sell my house for x amount and the city would only pay me y amount, that's not fair. Add into that moving is a pain, it's something no one wants to do. So pay the homeowner what the house is truly worth and add 10% for moving and suffering. Then I guess that's good. |
Domestic Policy › Social Security
4>4 Personal answerNo |
Foreign Policy › Terrorism
4>4 Personal answerYes |
Science › Space Exploration
4>4 Personal answerYes and no, yes for AI, no for humans right now. The more technology we build up around space flight is important, it leads to understanding our universe and technological discovery, which in turn stimulates the economy. We need to better understand rocket propulsion and outer space explosions, because the next asteroid that comes to close may be the last. We are also over-taxing our own planet. I think terraforming and the creation of atmospheres need to be studied more prior to any kind of human space travel studies. If we don't have those technologies in hand prior to just boldly going where no man has gone before, we are just in a pissing contest frankly for hanging out at the moon. We also need to figure out how to convert CO2 back to O2 and fast. So yes and no, these are the priorities we need for Space first prior to space travel. |

4>4 Personal answerHaving not read the bill, I cannot state what it will do. If US companies set up shop in other countries the question becomes will they not sell some of that back to the US, thus stifling US growth, that being said, the 20 + - countries south of the US need economic development, and this may help to get China out of our back yard so much. |
