Which political ideology do you most identify with?
What role do you think religion should play in education, and why?
Religious schools can exist and people should be able to choose to send their kids there but they have to include the basics that everyone needs to learn to survive adulthood in this world. Call it common core or whatever it doesn't matter. Kids need math, communication, logic and critical thinking, as well as problem solving skills. They need to know how to open bank accounts and pay bills and how to find resources for programs and help when needed. If someone WANTs all that plus religious education then fine by me but don't FORCE that on everyone.
Let a kid pray in public school or have bible studies or social clubs because they're just doing their thing and not hurting anyone. Choices. Let people choose their own adventure as long as they understand their rights end where another's begin.
