Yes, but only after 5 years of living in the country and only if they're planning on permanently residing in the US.

I think that they should make becoming at citizen easier than the do if they say you have to be a citizen to vote

If they have become us citizen or have lived in the use at lest 3 years and trying to become a citizen they can vote.

If they're lawful permanent residents or naturalised citizens, then they should have the right to vote
