I feel every position needs to do that just to get the people know what type of people they are

Shows lack of care for the job they were elected to do. They are there to represent their constituents on all issues. They would lose my vote.

I think that everyone has the right to express their own opinion, as long as it does not cause violence.

I think that the politicians are there for a reason, which is to express their opinions and if it is different than someone else's that's not that big of a deal.
