The people suing are saying that specific people tend to be criminals, and therefore don't get hired. They're basically being racist.

The Biden administration is also assuming the minorities are criminals more than white people.

FBI statistics actually say that’s true.

So Biden’s regime is trying to force U.S. companies to take undo risks in their hiring processes.

This will only hurt business and people.

Basing hiring decisions on political correctness instead of facts and data. It's almost like they're saying, "Hey, we know that FBI statistics show that minorities are more likely to commit crimes, but let's just pretend that's not true because it's not politically correct."
