I have never thought about it that way, but at the same time focusing swing states is usually how you win the election

No it is not a fair strategy. I think it fully alienates voters in predictable states, and because of the electoral college the U.S. has people who's votes don't actually count toward anything. However, when was politics ever fair?

I feel that Trump is making a gambling move towards The swing states because they change predicitons for parties constantly.

yes this is a completely fair tactic as the opportunity to vote is not prohibited it simply just means that the policies that certain candidates made seemed more enticing and closer to home for said swing states.

no at the end of the day it is a election and swing states have less formatted numbers its obvoius thats where you would push the most
