I believe that meditation can be a good way for people to deal with their mental health, as for sharing it I think that it should depend on the person if they are comfortable sharing it. sometimes in sharing we strengthen others, other times it can hurt.

Honestly I'm not into all of that so I wouldn't really know. But, I bet it helps certain people but I'm not one of those people.
