No. If the teams are privately-owned then towns shouldn't give them subsidies to move or stay. Taxpayer money shouldn't be wasted away in the boondoggle attempt to attract any sort of investors, especially those that demand tax exemptions and the building, on tax payer money, of a multi million dollar facility for 'their' use.
