Without the police, the roads will be more dangerous and there won't be any civil way to resolve conflicts. Without police, law will not be properly enforced.

Statistically this is the opposite. Police do not prevent crime, they just respond to it; we prevent crime by guaranteeing people access to food, shelter, healthcare, education, transportation, and all the fundamental basic needs of living a fulfilling and healthy life.

Yeah, they always try to address crime by being tough on it, but no one addresses the EXTEREMELY obvious causes.
