Yes, but at a rate that is equal to Ukraine's other allies, while placing tariffs, embargoes, or other deterrents on Russia when reasonable. We should focus far more on providing humanitarian aid, rather than combat resources. Ukraine is not a member of NATO and has not been allowed to join due to the possibility of increased tensions and another world war; therefore, it is not under NATO's protection and we are not obligated to provide military aid.
