Unless you want to ban all life changing surgery (tattoos, cosmetic, etc.) until the age of 25, when you're "fully developed," then you need to rethink your argument. Secondly, many people are emotionally vulnerable throughout their whole lives, and many children are more emotionally stable than most adults. It's not about how vulnerable kids are to being "turned" trans, it's about how much pain you can inflict by refusing treatment (even non-surgical, like puberty blockers) to these minors.
