Why would you deprive a woman of rights and justice for herself? You might say the baby could be put up for adoption but the mother still has to go through the birthing process. Also, even if the mother was banned from getting an abortion, the baby would either grow up in a home where the mother can't take care of them or in an adoption chain, which by the way is horrible thing.

Except, no, the baby does not have as much rights as you do, because the baby is using *your* body, not the other way around; as such, the baby has NO rights in this situation. You, as an individual with bodily autonomy, have exclusive rights over who can and cannot use your body, and what procedures you will or will not receive; no other person, baby or otherwise, has any right to use your body for any purpose, even if their life is at stake. It's as simple as that: you, and only you, have the right to decide who can or cannot use your body, for any or no reason, even if denying them further access to your body would kill them.
