250,000 or more should pay 35% of their incomes to the federal government(not including capital gains), those making 400,000 dollars or more 40% to the federal government(not including capital gains),those making a million dollars or more a year 50%(including capital gains other than real estate)those making 10 million dollars a year or more 60%(including capital gains), those making a billion dollars or more 75%(including capital gains). Regular businesses should pay 35% if they use fossil fuels and 32% if they use renewable energy, while large multinational corporations should pay 60% if they use fossil fuels and 40% if they use renewable energy.
