Children who are brought over to the US at a young age would instead have a visa untill the age of 28. (I chose this age, since the average graduate of highschool is 18, add 4 years for bachelor's and another 4 for a doctorate degree with an extra 2 years for leeway on getting a job and to contribute to society). If the person did NOT go to or have a history of completing college or the military or having a full time job by the age of 28, the last chance said person would have is a citizenship test.
