Yes, but only after the determination is made by their lead physician/doctor that their condition is non-treatable and will kill them regardless of any form of treatments and a psychological review to determine their mental capacity to make and implement this decision. They should also sign and have notarized in person after presenting identification a form absolving the hospital/medical facility of any legal repercussions from family members and be allowed to back out of their decision at any time up until the suicide is executed.
