“At this point, I support ACA as an improvement over what we have had, but I support HR676, "Medicare For All" i.e., a single payer system modeled after Medicare to replace the ACA. In addition, those with incomes over $1million should reimburse Medicare for at least a portion of Medicare benefits they have received.”
