“No I don't support the ACA. Instead the government should offer school for doctors and nurses in exchange for working an equal number of years at low pay at a government free clinic or hospital. Funding that would go to Medicaid and medicare should be transferred to funding free clinics and hospitals that include emergency rooms based off equal distribution of funds per district. This would cover everyone without insurance or the means to pay for private doctors. People with insurance would of course not be turned away. Arrangements could be made with other countries to have a billing and or trade system for treating non residents, which would benefit tourism, and guarantee safety from life threatening issues while U.S. citizens are abroad. This would also be covered by the constitution.”
