You're not too small because the environment is too big, you're too small because you let that warp your view of the nature of difference. To make a difference is to actively engage, regardless of how big or small you are. The environment will be made different as long as you commit to your engagement, so never let you being too small mean you can't make a difference, when it's the small things that ultimately make up the large.
