Society would change by having more issues because if someone is putting less effort into something and they mess up they are still getting payed the same amount of money as another worker in that same area that is just as better.

I don't believe someone should be getting paid for not doing their job correctly, the answer presents the idea of being ok with laziness, and poor work ethics. Hard workers deserve to be paid better than colleagues that are lazy.

A lot of people would feel very different about it and to be honest I'm not sure how I would even feel about it.

Every occupation would be changed because of their customers views and values of every job. The customers would abuse their power over the workers.
