I think there would be more discrimination towards the Latino community since we're seen as drug dealers.

I think not all people who are Latino are viewed this way but if something becomes a problem and your race is responsible then that is just how it is.

I believe people are right in believing that sending the military to deal with this situation can lead to unnecessary civilian deaths. It also won't completely solve the problem with drugs as in certain states certain drugs are legal while being illegal in other states.

None, not much bad behavior happens around my area especially not in regards to drug cartels

 @9H8RX88answered…5mos5MO

some of the changes that would happen are less drugs getting carried over from the cartel when america is trading with them

 @9H8FY8Kfrom Guam answered…5mos5MO

Somewhat, unlikely that folks who already used them are gonna quit entirely without seeking help, but violent crime should decrease

 @9H8HPPT from Minnesota answered…5mos5MO

I would hope to think that there will be fewer deaths in the US due to overdoses.

If the military action was successful, there would be a possibility of multiple news articles regarding either violence conducted or death counts that came with it. There may be some tension between US forces and the cartels but the numbers of illegal drugs being found on the market would decrease substantially.

 @9H8FP9B from Virginia answered…5mos5MO

it could potentially lead to a decrease in drug-related violence and criminal activities associated with the cartels. This could create a safer and more stable environment in communities affected by their presence.

The Mexican Drug cartels can be illegal that people in mexico use as same as for the United States and they should ban from using Mexican drug cartels.

Other cartels would take over. It's a lucrative market. We should focus on reducing the demand for drugs by focusing on positive societal change.
