Depending on the abuse of power or not, then i think it would remain the same or even better than how it is now.

It would be terrible. Women are ontologically not leaders. Every aspect of my life would be worse.

Men are usually stronger, and better suited for word outside the home. There is a reason why cultures around the world had men leading society. It is a proven strategy and people should stick to it. If a woman wants to lead, she should be allowed the opportunity, but should be encouraged not to.
