Yes, and it is already happening. Thanks to the feminism topic now the vast majority of corporates, or businesses are employing women or diverse human beings ("transgenders, non-binary, different racial person etc.") just so they could "pat themselves in the back" and have the label of "diverse business" and that the woke movement would not cancel them.

At the time it might seem like it would hurt the overall societal balance but then after reaching it, it will not.

Yes in a way they wont see women or other genders in a serious way but more to make themselves feel better.
