increase funding so departments can spend more time training officers

The annual police budget is $115 billion. They don’t even use that much. It would cost $2 billion annually to end hunger in America. There’s no reason for that much, and to add even MORE to that is just insane. The police only actually spend $42 billion a year statistically. So where does that other $73 billion go? In savings. Why do they need MORE? And why can’t we take $10 billion annually? They’ll still be left with $63 billion UNUSED USD.
